Please read all of this before answering….For the last several months, after my period, I get some sort of infection. It’s not really bad, just some soreness, itching, that kind of thing. The problem is, most of the time, I don’t even realize that I have it until my husband and I have sex. It hurts to have sex, and after wards, it burns like crazy to pee. I’m used to infections and can deal with them, but when I have this infection, after my husband and I have sex, he gets these weird rash like sores on his penis that stick around for a few days. They get worse if we have sex. He only gets the sores when I have this infection. I know, we shouldn’t have sex while I have an infection, but like I said, most of the time, I don’t know I have it until we have sex. What could this be?

Initially we thought it was a lubrication problem but he always makes sure that I am very very wet before he tries to have sex and it still hurts like a mother sometimes. The pain is at the bottom of my vagina opening & the bridge part between the vagina and butt) feel like it has ripped there. He is really big and I am pretty small so even after all these months of having sex it’s always a tight fit. When I dont *** my natural discharge is white & thick.

Does or can this have any effect on a male? Ive been experiencing these symptoms for four days now and havent had sex since then because its painful and I didnt know what it was. I looked at my boyfriends penis today for the first time since this little problem and noticed blotchy dry rash-like areas. If I do infact have a UTI/yeast infection can this cause any harm to my boyfriend? Its not painful in anyway for him btw
Just to provide you all with a little more info my boyfriend and I have been dating for over 2 yrs, theres no way were not use to eachother sexually by now including his large size, ive been using the same method of bc (pill) for a yr and a 1/2, we have no previous or other current sexual partners plus have been tested for stds (both neg. not the case)

Btw my boyfriend refuses to see his family dr because hes embarrassed and it doesnt bother him. He believes its just dry skin even so I still want him to do something… Is there a specific lotion/cream for dry skin "down there" safe for him to use? Or if he does give in, do I just get him checked at any clinic?

I made an appt to see my obgyn this week, I just wanted to know what to expect when I go or if I could take care of it myself-like with lube, creams, or some of the other stuff suggested THANK YOU, everyone!!

This situation has me stumped, my nephew came to me because I am an RN. He apparently has a small series (2cm diameter) of bumps on the side of of penile shaft. They appear isolated and he claims to have some itching associated. I told him to put hydrocortisone crean on TID for two days and see if it is a rash. He is a 19 y/o male w/ two sex partners. He claims that his primary girlfriend has a problem with vaginal dryness during intercourse. NKDA – does not use a condom. Explain what condylomas and genital warts should look like, I havent examined any since my time in the Navy as a medic 10 years ago. He also claims they are itchy and painless. Almost appeared like ring worm appearance. What are your thoughts on yeast infection?
almost forgot he has not health insurance hence why he came to me first. Does planned parenthood help people like this out?

I am a male diabetic who is overweight. I have skin issues attributed to my diabetes. One of the most troublesome is an irritation and rash which has been diagnosed as a yeast infection in the groin area. I have been prescribed a prescription cream to apply daily to prevent the onset of yeast infections. I am to keep the area as clean as possible. It has been suggested that I would accomplish both the cleanliness requirement and the application of the cream to a more thorough degree if I keep the hair removed from the pubic area. Are there other diabetics who may have this problem with the same directions for care?

Im very scared: About tw months ago, I performed unprotected cunnilingus (male to female oral sex.) on a female. approximately 8-10 days later a rash started to form around both of my nostrils, and they look like fine little bumps very unnoticeable.
They do not itch and they are still on my nostrils 2 months later!!!!!! so 3 weeks later I went to take an STD test, and the results came back in 2 weeks negative for H.I.V, syphilis, etc……so that was good but now my hair is breaking off very easily in the shower, and when I wake up in the morning I SEE ABOUT 6-8 STRANDS OF HAIR ON MY PILLOW!!!! I thought it was stress from waiting on the test results, but my hair is still falling out almost 3 months later! Get this she told me after we had sex that she was 2 months pregnant(not mine) and 1year ago she had a yeast infection that she got rid of. Can I catch something from her being pregnant? or the yeast infection she supposively got rid of? Thanks
Ok more details, not only are my top hairs falling out, my pubic hairs fall out at a great rate, and my anus hairs also, those three hairs, head,pubic, and anus fall out very quickly now, visibly on my wash cloth, a lot of them, what kind of infection is it, or condition, or am I freaking my self out?!!!!!!
